Horiffic service by TM

Wireless Internet Access installed on 12.11.2010
Blockbuster deal activated on 6.12.2010 .
Beautiful fast speed , uninterrupted access  for a few days .
Then horror began
interrupted service which I didnt bother with - attributed it to weather , line , holiday season - thats what i thought .
Actually paid attention to the whole horror on 22nd in particular 23 and 24th when there is complete no access .
- Just pwr and wlan button on .
Contact 100 for online assistance on 25th dec , ( 1-7671-1951-23)
- online gal asked me to do a few things , failed and referred me to the technical division . 24 hr dateline given . nite , man came  online to help . service came back , unstable .
2nd report to 100 on 29th ( 1-7681-1137-1) when totally no access again on 27 and 28th .
- online gal asked to do a few changes again to our laptop . jared helped . no avail . referred to technical side again .
- man called me when i was in the mountain at 7 pm and i made appointment to speak to him on 8 pm .
- told him from the begginning again . he said he will do everything to help .
- access only for a short while on 3oth . while accessible , very very unstable . Then blackout again .
-TM man from Kluang came at 4r sth , decided that it is the port hub oputside , went to repair ? anyway access came back a short while and then no more again .
3rd report to 100  - 31.12.2010 at 11:15 am
 - talked to fatimah bte mohammad ID VT 865155 for 15 minutes . Told her the whole story , asked her to note it down clearly . also told her i dont want to foolow any instruction  again ( meddling with the computer ) , just get the right help so that i can access again .
- also told her that i cam contemplating to stop service but then already signed up for min 6-months - agreement ,
- commented what was the use of paying so much and cant access . she sympathised .
- SHE TOLD ME NO REPORT NUMBNER COZ THE 2ND REPORT IS STILL OPENED .
- BUT NO CALL WHATSOEVER TO INFORM ME .

Note : 3rd report on 31st . nothing from TM online  , or technical side , or local TM ever contacted me to say anything .
checked access regularly . no change till 12:05 midnight . DSL blinked then steadied . Data red . can access but interuppted al lthe time . Data went blank again but came back on its own .

can acess . DSL steady . data blinks . No lite , then lighted up  ( repeatedly )
I managed to look at facebook and emails .
I hope I can post this one for my own reference .
